Mayweather Ordered To Pay Pacquiao 114k by Vegas Judge in Default!!!

Pacquaio filed a lawsuit in December 2009 against Floyd Mayweather for ‘defamaton and “uspecified” damages’ after Mayweather made claims insinuating that Pacquiao used performance enhancing substances. since the claim was filed in Las Vegas back in 2009, Mayweather has failed to appear in court to respond to the claim.

After several fail attempts by Mayweather’s Attorney to get the case thrown out, and Mayweather not appearing before the Judge, a Default Judgement in favor of Pacquiao for $113,000 plus court fees was made by U.S. District Judge Larry Hicks who bluntly called Mayweathers actions “obviously intentional decision not to appear for his court ordered deposition.”
