Following her first single; “ICE”, which featured Lil Wayne, which dropped late last summer, Kelly Rowland drops “Kisses Down Low” as her second single off of her new album titled “Year of the Woman”.
Although their is no Firm release date set as of yet, “Year of the Woman is set to drop later this year (2013).
